Welcome on my blog. I’m a musician who used to play and teach the violin. But I decided to quit playing and pursue further involvement in music as a phenomenon. I work as an independent researcher and curator of art in/as education. Music, the prototype of the arts, means a lot to me. Through the years it has provided many valuable insights. All this, indeed resulting in a sense of interrelatedness
At the shores of the Thracian coast – Greece
Whenever I have the chance, together with my wife, I travel overland in Europe and beyond. The urge to travel is my second core. Overlanding isn’t mere traveling, it’s a way of life. I like being alone in nature. I love and need silence. I like the touch of freedom when it’s not clear yet which route to follow or where to spend the night. I trust in chance and thrive on unexpected encounters.
In my blog, these cores – sound, music and travel – flow naturally together. One sheds light on the other. Both give rise to inevitable associations.
